Project Safe aims to provide crucial intervention during the immediate crisis phase. One gender-based violence case may come with or without children. For one case, we will spend up to RM1,200 per month to provide the interventions needed according to the case with the majority having recurring expenditure on placement (at least RM500/month) and occasionally medical treatment (average RM300/month and RM4,000 - RM8,000 per pregnancy delivery) which cost the most. We are currently looking to also include children’s education support as part of our comprehensive case management service.
